Welcome to Awakening Journey Bali. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after we receive the required payment or deposit and send you a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion.
2. Payments
Payments may be made using the payment methods available on our website.
All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout.
Any applicable taxes or government fees are included unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for any bank transfer fees or international transaction charges imposed by their payment provider.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Our standard cancellation policy is:
More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund.
3–7 days before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before the tour: No refund.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Certain tours, private experiences, retreats, or special events may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated before booking.
4. Changes to Bookings
Guests may request changes to their booking, subject to availability.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, but they cannot be guaranteed.
Additional charges may apply depending on the requested modifications.
5. Weather Conditions
Most tours operate in light rain.
If severe weather or unsafe conditions make it impossible to operate the tour safely, we may:
Reschedule the tour;
Offer an alternative itinerary;
Provide a refund when appropriate.
The final decision rests with Awakening Journey Bali.
6. Health & Physical Requirements
Some tours involve walking, stairs, uneven terrain, rivers, waterfalls, temples, or other natural environments.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating.
Please inform us before booking if you have:
Medical conditions
Mobility limitations
Pregnancy
Serious allergies
Other health concerns
Participation is at your own risk.
7. Temple Etiquette
Many of our tours visit sacred temples and religious sites.
Guests are expected to:
Dress respectfully.
Follow local customs.
Wear a sarong and sash where required.
Respect religious ceremonies.
Follow the instructions of guides and temple staff.
Failure to comply may result in being refused entry to certain locations.
8. Personal Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the tour.
Awakening Journey Bali is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
9. Safety
For your safety, guests must follow all instructions provided by guides and drivers.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior endangers themselves, other guests, staff, or local communities.
10. Itinerary Changes
Occasionally, weather conditions, road closures, traffic, religious ceremonies, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances may require modifications to the itinerary.
When necessary, we will substitute attractions with comparable alternatives whenever possible.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Volcanic activity
Earthquakes
Floods
Pandemics
Government restrictions
Civil unrest
Transportation disruptions
12. Photography
During tours, photographs or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform your guide before the tour begins.
13. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Medical expenses
Personal accidents
Trip cancellations
Personal belongings
Adventure activities (if applicable)
14. Limitation of Liability
Awakening Journey Bali acts as the organizer of tours and experiences.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our tours.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, graphics, branding, and logos, is the property of Awakening Journey Bali unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
16. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described therein.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
